Information you provide directly

• Name, phone number, email address, and city/location when you register, submit an enquiry, request a callback, or fill any form (buyer/investor enquiry, developer registration, seller submission, contact form).
• Identity and address details you may voluntarily share for KYC purposes when unlocking a lead, engaging in a transaction, or requesting an invoice.
• Communications you send us — via WhatsApp, email, contact forms, or support requests.
• Payment-related information when you make a payment through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our own servers — these are processed directly by Razorpay under its own PCI-DSS-compliant systems.

Information collected automatically

• Device information, IP address, browser type, and general location (city-level) inferred from your connection.
• Pages visited, listings viewed, filters used, and time spent on the Platform, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see "Cookies" below).

Information from third parties

• Where you are introduced to us by a channel partner, developer, or referral, we may receive your name and contact details from that party for the purpose of following up on your enquiry.

We process personal data for the following purposes, consistent with the notice and consent obtained at the point of collection:

• To respond to enquiries, share listing information, and facilitate contact between buyers/investors and developers/sellers.
• To process payments, issue invoices, and maintain transaction records as required under applicable tax and accounting law.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform, including diagnosing technical issues.
• To send you service updates, listing alerts, or promotional communication where you have opted in; you may opt out of marketing communication at any time.
• To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate leads, and misuse of the Platform.
• To comply with legal obligations, including requests from courts, regulators, or law enforcement.

We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

• With developers/sellers — when you enquire about, unlock a lead on, or request a site visit for a specific listing, your contact details are shared with the relevant developer or seller (or their authorised channel partner) solely to facilitate that transaction.
• With service providers — payment processing (Razorpay), cloud hosting, analytics, and communication tools (e.g. WhatsApp Business), each bound to use your data only for the service they provide us.
• For investor-reach programmes — where we make your enquiry visible to multiple relevant developers as part of an investor-matching feature, this occurs only where you have given specific, informed consent (a distinct consent flag) at the time of submission. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
• Legal and regulatory — where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or lawful request from a government authority.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent protection under this Policy.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law (including tax, accounting, and contract-limitation requirements). Enquiry and transaction records are typically retained for the duration of your relationship with the Platform and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal and audit obligations. You may request erasure of your data as described below, subject to our legal retention requirements.

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities carried out.
• Correction and updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Withdraw consent at any time for processing that is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
• Grievance redressal through our Grievance Officer (see below), and thereafter, if unresolved, to approach the Data Protection Board of India.
• Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in where applicable, and understand how the Platform is used through analytics tools. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the Platform. Where required, a cookie consent banner will let you manage non-essential cookies before they are set.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and restricted internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor without verifiable parental/guardian consent where required, we will take steps to delete such data.

Certain service providers we use (such as cloud hosting or analytics infrastructure) may process data on servers located outside India. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure such processing is subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with the DPDP Act and any rules or government notifications governing cross-border transfer of personal data.

In accordance with the DPDP Act, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address your queries and concerns regarding the processing of your personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was last revised. Material changes will be notified through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
